Nuclear power valve demand is quite large

Taking a nuclear power plant with a capacity of 800,000 kilowatts as an example, the demand for valves with a diameter of DN 25 to 1000 cm is 8,000 to 10,000 units, which is 2 to 3 times that of similar thermal power stations. According to statistical analysis, a nuclear power plant with two sets of millions of kilowatt-class nuclear power units requires 30,000 sets of various types of valves. According to the calculation of 2.5 million kilowatts of nuclear power units per year, the annual demand for nuclear power valves is about 38,000. According to the national "Eleventh Five-Year Plan" forecast, during the "Eleventh Five-Year Plan" period, the demand for valves of nuclear power plants will be 3 billion yuan, and the average annual demand will be about 600 million yuan. In addition, since the maintenance cost of the nuclear power plant spent on the valve generally accounts for more than 50% of the total maintenance of the nuclear power plant, the annual maintenance cost of the nuclear power plant on the valve is about 150 million yuan.
