Since the distance between the single-walled tubes is similar to the spacing of the graphite layers, they first observed sharp peaks in the carbon nanotube crystals with sharp peaks close to the graphite (002) diffraction peaks. At the same time, Raman scattering study found that the breathing mode in carbon nanotube crystals is significantly different from that of raw carbon nanotubes. In carbon nanotube crystals, the breathing mode of larger diameter carbon nanotubes softens, reflecting The interaction between carbon nanotubes is strong.
