A new nano ceramic oil developed successfully in Qingdao

Qingdao Wangguan Petrochemical Co., Ltd. and Chang'an University have successfully researched and developed automotive energy-saving and nano-ceramic oils after two years of scientific research. The test found that the nano-ceramic anti-wear agent can significantly improve the extreme pressure and wear resistance of the oil, and finally optimize the nano-ceramic oil formula. Compared with the same type of engine oil at home and abroad, the nano ceramic oil developed by this project has excellent extreme pressure performance, anti-wear performance and oxidation stability. The test run test proves that compared with the reference oil, the nano ceramic oil can reduce the average weight loss of the engine connecting rod bearing bush by about 30%, the average weight loss of the exhaust valve is reduced by about 40%, and the oil change interval can be doubled. The test of nano-ceramic oil in the engine bench shows that this oil has a significant difference in fuel consumption rate, CO emissions and HC emissions compared with commercial oil of the same class, and the energy saving and emission reduction effect is remarkable.
