    "Aishang Home" is a contract signed by Aibo Software and the original magazine publisher Wang Fujun (pen name: Jinlong) on ​​September 18, 2012. Issued under the name of Suzhou Aibo Software Technology Co., Ltd. In early November 2012, during the trial publication of the first issue, our company received a notice from Suzhou Xinqicheng Advertising Media Co., Ltd. regarding the illegal infringement and publication of our company. It is understood that the copyright of "Aishang Home" is owned by Xinqicheng Advertising Media Company. Wang Fujun (pen name: Jinlong) was originally an ordinary employee of the company (employment relationship) and left on September 20, 2012. During work, he only participated in this magazine. Part of the work does not have the ownership and copyright of this journal.
For the above reasons, "Aishang Home" magazine was suspended. The company terminated the cooperation agreement with Wang Fujun (pen name: Jinlong) on ​​November 15, 2012, and prosecuted its commercial fraud through legal channels.
