Bukchon developed a new vertical machining center

Bukchon Machinery has successfully developed a new vertical machining center (MC) - "Super-trunnion". The MC is a 5-axis model in which the tilt axis A axis and the rotary axis B axis are added to the X/Y/Z axis. The installation area is smaller, and the workpiece can be replaced on the side (operating side) and the front side of the fuselage, making the operation more convenient. It can process workpieces up to 630 x 500 mm in diameter. Complex shapes and metal molds can also be machined.
The MC uses a high-rigidity trunnion type cylinder (Trunnion Type Cylinder) to support the A-axis table that produces the maximum load. By quenching and grinding the sliding surface to form a smoother surface, the machining accuracy is further improved. In addition, the main shaft is equipped with a four-speed shifting device with energy-saving design, and the number of revolutions reaches 20,000 rpm.
In addition, the company will also exhibit the MC at the machine tool exhibition “EMO Hannover 2005 (Hanover International Machine Tool Fair 2005, September 14-21, 2005, Hanover, Germany)”.
