The new CB7025 CBN grade is the result of Sandvik Coromant's optimization for ensuring good machining results in light to heavy-duty intermittent cutting of hardened steel. This grade broadens the range of applications for the company's cutting inserts and is the preferred choice for surface hardened steel (58-65HRC) turning due to its significantly improved performance in processes requiring high toughness.
