Five, installation instructions

Electromagnetic door lock installation steps:

1. Remove the M5 nut, spring washer and flat washer of the panel mounting screw in turn;

2. Insert the lock bolt side of the lock body into the opening from the outside of the cabinet door, and then rotate the lock body to install the mounting screw on the panel into the 60mm hole of the cabinet door, and make the lock panel and the cabinet door panel smooth;

3. Install the flat washer, spring washer, M5 nut onto the M5 screw on the lock panel from the inside of the cabinet door, and finally tighten the M5 nut.

Electromagnetic door lock instructions

(1) Normal operation steps:

a, press the button, the power is turned on, the electromagnet coil is electrically operated, the moving iron core is separated from the lock bolt block, and the unlocking indicator light is on, indicating that the unlocking is allowed.

b. Rotate the handle in the direction of unlocking (clockwise in the left direction and counterclockwise in the right direction). When the force is applied to the limit position, the bolt will automatically return to the locked position, and the door can be opened. If the lock position is not reached, the lock bolt automatically returns to the lock position. When the automatic reset function is satisfied, the lock bolt is in the lock open position, and the handle is required to be turned to the lock lock, that is, the lock bolt returns to the lock position, thereby satisfying the lock. status.

(2) Operation method: A, dial the button B, pull the handle

(3) Manual unlocking steps:

a, the button is pressed, the power is forcibly cut off by the locking circuit, the unlocking light is not bright, and the moving iron core is stuck with the locking bolt block, which indicates that the unlocking is not allowed;

b. In special circumstances, when unlocking, remove the key and insert it into the unlocking hole. Press the panel to mark the turning key 90° to “-” or “stop” to push the moving iron core away from the locking bolt block;

c, (same as normal step b) to meet the "manual unlock" function.

Note: The unlocking process of the unlocking key is to push the moving iron core away from the locking bolt block to release the locking state. The unlocking must use the dial or the handle to move the locking bolt to unlock the lock, so the unlocking key cannot be used directly. unlock.
