From table it is clear Toynol® FU-403 has extremely stability in strong acid liquor, suitable to add into diazo HCI bath to rapidly disperse reaction mass and eliminate foam result from mechanical agitation.

Defoam

Toynol® FU-403 can be used as defoaming surfactant, specially defoaming in acid medium. With strong efficacy it need to be added a little to acquire satisfied effect, meanwhile assists material to disperse.

Dosage

0.2- 0.5 wt.% Toynol® FU-403 is a functional surfactant replacing of one or various formula additives. Optimal concentration levels should be determined by running a ladder study.

This product should be sealed and placed in a dry, cool, well-ventilated place at room temperature away from fire source. For any other information, please refer to MSDS.
