Second, equipment requirements, adjustments and use

1. The machine equipment should be balanced and the vibration should be small.

Repeated impact of the diamond saw blade due to vibration will result in damage, shedding or abnormal wear of the diamond bit. 2, cutter shaft accuracy and wear resistance

The cutter shaft is the reference for installing the saw blade, and the accuracy of the cutter generally determines the mounting accuracy of the saw blade. When the saw blade is mounted and removed, the repeated friction of the saw blade on the shaft can easily cause wear or scratch damage of the cutter shaft, especially after long-term use of the equipment. Therefore, it is necessary to ensure that the accuracy of the cutter shaft does not change greatly. In addition to the necessary inspection and adjustment of the mounting accuracy of the cutter shaft, the selection, heat treatment and surface treatment of the cutter shaft are also important. 3. Inspection and adjustment of the accuracy of the cutter shaft (see Figure 1)

(3) The perpendicularity of the cutter axis to the beam guide shaft or the trolley track

The intersection of the cutter shaft and the beam guide rail is out of tolerance, that is, the deviation angle of the saw blade relative to the sawing plane of the block material is too wide, which will cause the upper seam of the block material to be super wide. When there is a large difference, the problem that the sawn hair plate appears thin and thick (commonly known as the axe plate) can be judged to be caused by the vertical crossing of the tool axis guide rail, which must be adjusted and corrected.
