Intake pumps operating procedures

Inlet pumps are one of the most important equipment required for a WWTP to raise the level of wastewater collected in the PA so that it reaches the required height for subsequent treatment of the WWTP to achieve gravity flow. 1, the pump starts checking: (1) the power is in the closing position, the indicator light; (2) the voltage within the specified range of 380 ± 10%, the maximum phase deviation of 1%; (3) No alarm; 2, Do not start the pump frequently (start interval should be greater than 15 minutes). 3, the pump operation, the operator shall not touch the rotating parts. 4, the pump operation found the following conditions, it should immediately shut down: (1) sudden abnormal noise; (2) bearing temperature is too high; (3) pressure gauge, ammeter display value is too low or too high (not more than 10% ); (4) serious motor failure. 5, when the pump room suddenly power outage or equipment accident, should open the accident discharge gate valve, the valve at the inlet all closed, and promptly report to the competent department, shall not be unauthorized access to power or repair equipment. 6, the operator open the pump to run stable, before leaving. 7, should be regularly overhauled pool level gauge and its conversion device. 8, spare pump should be at least once a month commissioning.
