Jingdezhen ceramics production exceeded 16 billion in 2010

Five years ago, in Jingdezhen, a millennium porcelain city famous for both Chinese and foreign peoples, the total value of ceramics production has been at a low of 2-3 billion yuan. At a related conference recently held in Jingdezhen, Feng Linhua, the standing committee member and deputy mayor of Jingdezhen Municipal Committee, disclosed to the public for the first time that in 2010, Jingdezhen's ceramic production value had exceeded 16 billion yuan. The rapid development of the ceramic industry has also contributed to the rapid growth of the city's fiscal revenue. In 2010, the financial revenue of Jingdezhen City has reached 5.3 billion yuan.
