PTZ troubleshooting method

PTZ troubleshooting method

PTZ failure mainly occurs during the initial stage of installation and maintenance of a project. There are many reasons for the problem. However, as long as step-by-step troubleshooting methods are adopted, it is very easy to solve. Here's how to handle PTZ failures.

1. The code turn light does not flash. It is known to all those who know the monitoring and control. When using a hard disk recorder to control the PTZ, it is usually controlled through the serial port. But usually the hard disk recorder's serial port (that is, the COM port) transmits a 232 signal. So just after the serial port to a 232 signal to 485 signal converter, to enhance the signal transmission distance, anti-jamming capability and enhance its encoding capabilities. In general, the manufacturers who turn the code to the factory will add a working indicator lamp on the code. When the signal is transmitted, the work indicator will flash constantly. The light does not flash, mainly because there is no control signal incoming code turn. This problem is often due to the software settings, the software's PTZ control port is set to switch serial port, if the code turn the lights or not flash, then try one for the serial port, if not enough, it may be code transfer damage , escape escape.

2, can not control the decoder. First, check whether the power supply of the decoder is normal and whether it can be self-checked normally. Then we must confirm whether the control signal is passed to the decoder. Usually the decoder has a communication light. When the control signal is passed to the decoder, its indicator light will flash. If the indicator light has no action during the control, look at the control. The end of the code to pull whether the output signal to the 485 signal and control signal transmission line there is no problem, then check the control line A and B are not wrong, when all the hardware problems are excluded, check the host settings and the decoder's code switch is it right or not. Mainly from the control protocol, address code and baud rate to check these aspects. When there is no problem in the communication between the decoder and the host, when the host controls the decoder, there will be a “tick” noise in the relay decoder.

3. All the PTZs cannot be used or some functions cannot be realized. If all functions of the PTZ cannot be used, most of the PTZ is damaged or the PTZ and decoder are connected incorrectly (mainly the COM common terminal). Connect the PTZ cable to the decoder manual one by one. If it still cannot be controlled, use the multimeter to determine whether there is a voltage change when the common terminal and the function terminal are correspondingly controlled. If yes, it proves that there is a problem with the PTZ, if not The decoder output port has a problem, replace the decoder. When some functions of the PTZ cannot be realized, first check whether some functions of the PTZ are physically damaged. If a station cannot be upward, we can connect the upward connection and the common terminal to the voltage of a pan-tilt AC24V PTZ to connect to an AC24V voltage, and the AC220V PTZ to pick up an AC200V voltage. If it can be normally upward, it proves that the cloud There is no problem with the station and it is a decoder problem. The decoder problem is the mismatch of the control protocol except that the decoder is physically damaged. For the latter, you can contact the factory to provide a matching normal agreement.

4. PTZ failure In addition to the above problems, there are some relatively easy failures. For example, the PTZ is sometimes normal and sometimes not normal. Most of the PTZ installations are not correct (such as the installation of a loading machine has become a hoisting), resulting in PTZ is not working properly. Long-term downtime may result in damage to the PTZ. The other is the interference problem. Its regular appearance is that the cloud keeps moving to the left or right until it stops. When there is no control, the platform will rotate on its own. This is due to the attenuation and interference of the transmitted signal.

Indoor Invisible Door

Interior

An interior invisible door is a very unique door design that blends seamlessly with the surrounding wall, making the presence of the door almost invisible when closed. This type of door design is not only designed for visual simplicity and aesthetics, but also for practicality. Despite their simple appearance, invisible Doors retain the functionality of traditional doors, including smooth opening and closing, as well as good sound and thermal insulation.

Interior invisible doors have several functions:
1. Space-saving: Invisible doors are flush with the wall when closed, saving space in a room compared to traditional swing doors that require clearance for opening.
2. Seamless design: Invisible doors blend seamlessly with the wall, creating a clean and minimalist look in a room without interrupting the overall design aesthetic.
3. Increased privacy: Invisible doors can provide privacy in spaces such as bedrooms, bathrooms, or home offices without the need for a visible door handle or hardware.
4. Improved accessibility: Invisible doors can be used in areas where traditional swing doors may not be practical, such as tight spaces or areas with limited clearance.
5. Noise reduction: Invisible doors can help reduce noise transmission between rooms, providing a quieter and more peaceful environment.

Overall, interior invisible doors offer a sleek and functional solution for modern interior design, providing a seamless and space-saving alternative to traditional swing doors.
