"Resistance type thermal insulation coating" for new building materials

Barrier-type thermal insulation coating is a coating that achieves thermal insulation by the high thermal resistance of the coating itself. It is a thick film coating. The coating is applied to a certain thickness during the construction, generally 520mm. After sufficient drying and solidification, the thermal conductivity of the material after drying is small, so the coating has a certain ability to slow heat transfer.

Currently the most widely used coatings, these types of coatings are a new type of insulation developed in the late 1980s. There are hundreds of research units and enterprises in China that are doing research on such coatings. The names of the products vary from manufacturer to manufacturer. For example, composite magnesium silicate thermal insulation coatings, rare earth thermal insulation coatings, different construction methods, performance, Such as quick-drying, fast-hardening, waterproofing, and the like, but they are all silicate-based paints.

Nowadays, such coatings are undergoing a transition from industrial thermal insulation to building thermal insulation, but due to the defects caused by their own material structure, such as drying cycle shrinkage, large moisture absorption rate, and bonding strength to the wall. Low insulation and decorative properties need to be further improved, so such insulation coatings are less used for exterior wall coating.

Barrier-type exterior wall coatings usually have the characteristics of relatively small bulk density, low thermal conductivity, and low dielectric constant. Selecting a base material with good weather resistance, good toughness and good film forming property, and supplemented with a suitable dispersant, film forming aid, etc., so that the heat insulating aggregates are bonded together and coated on the surface of the equipment or the wall. The insulation layer has a certain thickness to achieve the function of heat insulation.

Double-Convex Spherical Lens

Double-Convex Lens, also named Bi-Convex Lens, composing of two convex surfaces, has a positive focal length. DCX Lens is most suitable where the object and image are on opposite sides of the lens and the ratio of the image and object (conjugate ratio) distances is between 0.2 to 5. It is used in beam expanders, projection optics systems, optical viewers applications etc.

We also supply kinds of plano-convex spherical lenses,plano-concave spherical lenses,bi-convex spherical lenses,bi-concave spherical lenses, meniscus spherical lenses, special spherical lenses, achromatic spherical lenses, ball lenses, sphere lenses etc..
