Safety valve set the four major points and precautions

When setting the safety valve should pay attention to the following points: (1) container gas, liquid two-phase material safety valve should be installed in the gas phase. (2) Safety valve for the release of combustible liquid, the safety valve outlet should be connected with the accident tank. When the discharge of materials is high temperature combustible material, its receiving container should have the appropriate protective equipment. (3) The general safety valve may be vented locally and the vent should be above 1 m (m) above the operator and should not be directed to an open flame location within 15 m (m) for spark locations and high temperature equipment. Indoor equipment, container safety vent vent should be drawn to the roof, and above the roof 2 meters (m) above. (4) When the safety valve inlet has a cut-off valve, the cut-off valve should be normally open, and to be sealed to avoid errors.
