Security is not as good as "interception"

From "interception" to self-realization, from the institutional constraints to the cultivation of safety culture, it is the management elevation that controls people's unsafe behavior. The author proposes that the departments concerned should make great efforts to improve the safety and quality of employees and urge them to change from "safety for me" to "safe for me."
