The vibration problem of three-phase asynchronous motors is already a commonplace. During the use and testing process, there are many reasons for the vibration of the motor. Today, Dalan Motor manufacturers will combine the actual cases to tell you the eight elements of the vibration of the three-phase asynchronous motor.
(1) Power supply system problem
There are two common situations: the motor power supply has a three-phase voltage imbalance problem, which leads to a significant imbalance in the three-phase current of the motor, and it will be accompanied by different degrees of vibration; another situation is the lack of phase, at 50Hz power frequency vibration And a low, weird sound is emitted, and the motor will smoke and burn in a very short time.
(2) The problem of stator failure
This problem is mainly manifested in mechanical problems such as stator core ellipse, eccentricity, and lamination lamination. The most direct manifestation of this type of problem when the motor is running is low-frequency electromagnetic sound or obvious beat frequency sound. For loose laminations, sometimes The problem can be improved by dipping the paint again, but in most cases the effect is not obvious.
(3) Problem of rotor fault, uneven air gap
The rotor core changes to ellipse, eccentricity, looseness and other mechanical factors. Most of the ellipse and eccentricity appear in large-sized rotors. On the one hand, they are due to the rotor's self-weight and eccentricity during rotor turning; on the other hand, the central hole of the shaft is damaged Or the tip of the equipment is worn, causing the rotor to be out of center with the shaft after turning. Electrical defects include open welding of the rotor cage bar and the end ring, broken rotor cage bar, wrong winding, and poor brush contact. In either case, the vibration noise is excited by unbalanced electromagnetic force.
(4) The magnetic center of the fixed rotor is not aligned.
(5) The connection problem with the device. The coupling is damaged, the coupling is poorly connected, the coupling is not centered correctly, the load machinery is unbalanced, and the system resonates.
(7) The vibration of the motor is often caused by uneven air gap, which causes unilateral magnetic pulling force, and the unilateral electromagnetic pulling force makes the air gap uneven even more serious. This electromechanical mixing effect is manifested as motor vibration.
(8) The defect of the machine itself. Unbalanced rotor, flexural deformation of the rotating shaft, deformation or unevenness of the collector ring of the wound rotor motor, uneven air gap of the fixed rotor (when severe, it will cause a bore sweep; some motors show no-frequency electromagnetic noise at no load, which occurs after loading Broom), bearing failure and other factors
All in all, when it is found that the three-phase asynchronous motor is severely vibrated, first distinguish whether it is electromagnetic vibration or mechanical vibration, different reasons and different treatment methods.
