The reason why the electric hoist is not connected to the rated working voltage and cannot work normally

(1) No power. Whether the power supply system supplies power to the electric hoist power supply, generally test with a test pencil. If there is no power transmission, wait for the power to work.
(2) lack of phase. The electrical damage of the main and control circuit of the hoist, the disconnection of the line or the poor contact will also make the hoist motor out of phase unable to work normally. In this case, the main and control loops need to be overhauled, in order to prevent the main and control loops from being sent. The power supply of the three-phase motor is out of phase and burns the motor, or the hoist motor suddenly runs out of power, causing damage. The hoist motor must be disconnected from the power line, only the main and control circuits are powered, and then the start and stop switches are jogged. Check and analyze the operation of the electrical appliances and circuits, repair or replace the faulty electrical appliances or circuits, and re-test the vehicle when it is confirmed that the main and control loops are not faulty.
(3) The voltage is too low. The terminal voltage of the hoist motor is 10% lower than the rated voltage. The starting torque of the motor is too small, so that the hoist can not move the cargo and cannot work. When checking, measure the voltage of the motor input terminal with a multimeter or a voltmeter.
