If it used to be oily cutting oil equipment, change the water-based cutting fluid. Before use, be sure to clean the old cutting oil or wipe it with a cloth. If the old oil is not cleaned, the use of the aqueous cutting fluid will be shortened. Life expectancy can lead to odor and other consequences.

2. Adding water-based cutting fluid: Add the order of adding water first and then adding oil. The initial concentration of cutting fluid is preferably higher, such as 5%~8%. If used in central circulation cooling system, it can be added to 1%. Disinfectant, the concentration of cutting fluid should be kept above 5%, and the tank should be filled with fresh cutting fluid to make the concentration reach 5% every 3 days.

3. If the mailbox of the aqueous cutting fluid has oil slick, or if the rail oil falls, it is best to use the oil remover to remove the oil slick.

4. According to the processing volume and the working time of the working fluid, it is necessary to replace the cutting fluid all at once. For example, the CNC machine tool is usually replaced once a month. When replacing the cutting fluid, the most important thing is to rinse the fuel tank with clean water.

1. The water-based cutting fluid is mainly used for cooling and lubrication between the processing tool and the machined workpiece, and has certain anti-rust properties (such as increasing the anti-rust property to increase the concentration of the working fluid)

2. The machine table and knife sleeve of the CNC machine may have rust phenomenon during the process of using the aqueous cutting fluid. To solve or avoid this rust problem, it is necessary to periodically wipe the cloth on several CNC sets and knife sleeves. Waterproof and waterproof rust preventive oil can solve this problem.

Third, always check the working fluid concentration, so that the working fluid is in good use.
