Article 5 The dismissal and punishment of the driver's personnel in these Measures shall be handled in accordance with the personnel management rules of the Company and shall not be separately ordered.
Article 6 The staff of the Company who frequently go out to perform business due to their job requirements may purchase business vehicles in accordance with these Measures and the following provisions.
(1) When using the vehicles required for the business of each unit, they shall be handled according to the domestic procurement method.
(2) When the above-mentioned personnel are used for locomotives, they are limited to 150C.C locomotives or below (hereinafter referred to as the original price standard).
(3) The chief of the department (including the section chief) shall be entitled to purchase a locomotive, but limited to 100 C.C or below (hereinafter referred to as the original price standard).
The use of vehicles for public use is set for three years. The purchase price should be paid by the company according to the original price standard, 70% of which is borne by the company, 30% is borne by the user, and the part is 24 months. The monthly self-pay is awarded to the company.
Article 7 Non-enterprise individuals use vehicles, and those with a group-level or above are entitled to a non-interest-bearing loan of 30,000 yuan, which is deducted from the average salary of 24 months and must be signed and approved in advance. Only those who are qualified, not limited to this.
Article 8 The ownership of a publicly-owned vehicle purchased by these Measures shall be owned by the Company. The license fee, fuel tax and driving license fee payable by the company shall be borne by the company, subject to the following standards.
(1) The car is based on 150C.C (applicable to personnel above the deputy level).
(2) The locomotive is up to 100C.C as the standard.
Article 9 All the vehicles used for personal use in accordance with these Measures shall be subject to the subsidy of the Company for the consumption of steam (machine) oil and repairs, and shall be issued on a monthly basis according to the (attached).
Article 10 The official vehicles of each unit shall be checked by the general affairs department at least once a month for the fuel consumption and driving journey record reporting unit to prevent waste. If the fuel consumption standard is exceeded (refer to abnormal), it shall be sent for adjustment and repair. .
Article 11 The purchaser of the locomotive shall pay for the part of the locomotive, and the average salary shall be deducted for 24 months. He may apply for the purchase of a new car in accordance with the provisions of these Measures. .
Article 12 If a vehicle used by a public individual is purchased in accordance with these Measures, the new vehicle may be replaced at any time, but the original burden of the company has not been depreciated (that is, 70% of the original price standard has not been depreciated) and the user has not yet withheld the part of the deduction. Article 13 Anyone who meets the following matters shall be dealt with in accordance with the provisions before the payment of the period is not paid.

2. 3. If the original user purchases a better vehicle at a higher price, he or she shall pay the amount that exceeds the original price standard set in the present Measures and shall not recover it from either party.
(2) When the vehicle is lost or completely damaged or damaged during the period of deduction, there is no repair value:
1. If the residual price (loss) occurs when the business is executed, the original burden ratio is borne by the company (70% of the residual price) and the user (30% of the residual price), and only the user's burden can be continued on a monthly basis. The deduction will expire until the end of 24 months. The application for the purchase of a new car may be made in accordance with the provisions of the present Measures. If the car is stolen, the bounty will be borne at the original rate.
2. If it occurs during private use, the user shall be responsible for purchasing the locomotive compensation for the same brand and the same amount of exhaust gas that is updated in the same year or year, and use the original vehicle for 24 months until the expiration of the original vehicle.
