GKN Sintering Metal Co., Ltd. produces hundreds of tons of metal injection molded parts for the automotive industry. The metal injection molding materials include: Fe-Ni alloy, 42CrMo4 alloy, 17-PH and high-temperature superalloy, and the weight of metal injection molded parts. For 0.5 to 160 g, the output of each metal injection molded part is roughly in the range of 50,000 pieces/year to several million pieces/year, and the output of metal injection molded parts of GKN sintered metal company has an increasing trend.
