Today's manufacturers are kitchen and bathroom equipment manufacturers. Let me just say a few words. This is our development trend and development direction, and is also an important aspect of our company's ability to enhance competitiveness and sustainable development. The kitchen and toilet decoration project is the focus of our decoration industry, especially the home. Everyone knows that the most important thing for us is the kitchen and bathroom. The last time we opened the board we saw a decoration of Yida, because it was linked to the real estate, so their decoration was mainly kitchen and bathroom. The decoration of the room is mostly floors and walls, but the decoration of the kitchen and bathroom is the most important part. This involves energy saving and environmental protection issues. They cooperate with Panasonic Japan, so their kitchen and toilet menus are selectable, including a variety of different grades of products to choose from, so that the house they sell can be decorated room. This is a re-use of resources, and now the decoration of rough houses can produce about 1-2 tons of construction waste. This is a very large quantity. For example, after we finish this wall, we need to remove all the boards when we finish the renovation. Such waste is very huge. Therefore, we think that if the kitchen and bathroom decoration can be put in one place, it can save a lot of energy and protect the environment. At the same time, our kitchen equipment and our products also require us to constantly innovate, that is to say, we design energy-saving and water-saving products from the very beginning. This is the responsibility of our designers and the responsibility of our entrepreneurs. . Since the energy issue is a very prominent issue facing our country, we all know that we will now talk about "two securitys" at any major meetings, including international forums. One is food security, and the other is human security. Both of these security are crucial to the development of China. Therefore, the development of China has a considerable impact on the kitchen and toilet industry.

Just now we said that we are a big country for kitchen and toilet production, but it is not a strong country because our product quality does not meet the standards of many European and American countries. For example, Germany has done a very good job. We really need to improve in this respect. At the same time, we also need to innovate in improving energy efficiency in terms of energy saving. The kitchen equipment must have stoves, water heaters, etc. How we improve energy efficiency is a direction our company pursues. It is generally believed that there is a certain gap between our energy efficiency and the developed countries. At the same time, we also see that China has become the world’s largest energy consumer. There is no doubt about this. Our GDP, our GDP accounts for less than 10% of the world, but it consumes more than 20% of the world's energy. At the same time, we consume more than 20% of the total energy consumed. According to the standard of 3.2 billion tons consumed in 2020, our building energy is 1.56 billion tons, which is a huge amount. China is the largest producer of coal. There is no doubt about this, but since 2005, we have consumed about 47% of the world's coal. Therefore, in terms of energy efficiency, we need to consider our equipment during design and production. In fact, the energy consumption of the United States is basically the same as that of China, which is about 20% of the world. However, the GDP of the United States accounts for nearly 1/4 of the world, which is 24%. This difference is significant. According to energy efficiency, Japan’s energy efficiency is the highest. Their GDP is basically the same as ours. Last year we were the second, they were third, and we were the second year before. However, their energy consumption is much lower than ours. This shows that in our construction industry, in our real estate industry, there is considerable potential for energy conservation in our decoration and decoration industry. In this regard, we need our designers to pay attention together so that we can continue to save resources and save energy.

There is also water saving. This is a very, very important issue for China. Including our kitchen, bathroom equipment, how can we achieve high quality and water-saving sanitary ware, this is certainly the direction of our company's research and development, we should also work towards this goal, so that we can achieve our resource conservation, saving The purpose of energy. I just said that on September 9th this year, an international forum for green design was opened. In fact, the topic of this forum is very good. It is called “Green Design Creates Green Products, Green Consumption Protects Green Homes”. The theme of this forum is very good. The same applies to the production and design of our kitchen and toilet equipment. How we treat everything as a product, then we have created a product, a house, a community, and even a city is a product. If we design these products are energy saving and environmental protection, that is, our community is energy saving and environmental protection, our city is energy saving and environmental protection.

Recently the 12th Western China Expo was held in Chengdu. They asked me to talk about ecological cities. What do I say about eco-city? Turned a lot of information, what is an eco-city? If we use the city with two systems, one is a natural ecosystem and the other is a humanistic ecosystem to describe the city, that is, the city where the natural ecosystem and the humanistic ecosystem are in harmony is the ecological city. We think that a city mainly has building infrastructure and road traffic. The main transportation is the road design. If our building can become a green building, it is energy saving, land saving, and water saving if we say it now. It can all be like this, obviously we are a green city. If we add green traffic, when we discuss these issues, our big cities like Beijing, Shanghai, and Guangzhou are all problems, so we have to discuss the green review. What is a green review? The first is to reduce motorized travel and drive less; then to shorten the travel distance and shorten the distance between motor vehicles. Beijing’s distance from motor vehicles was an average of 4 km ten years ago. Now it is more than 8 km. The increase in travel distance also indicates an increase in energy consumption. There is also the choice of efficient transportation for everyone. This applies to the production of kitchen and toilet equipment. Everyone is the same. We can create a green environment and create a green home environment. Obviously our products are very important. At the same time, we also hope that the production process of these products will be green, so I sincerely hope that these companies can produce better, higher quality products and truly achieve the goals of energy saving, water saving, and environmental protection. I think this is also the direction of our business development.
