When machining high-precision sliding bearings (Fig. 1), our factory has strict requirements on coaxiality. We use the inner hole of the first fine car and the outer circle of the inner hole as the positioning reference. The liquid plastic mandrel is designed. The grease is used instead of the liquid plastic to avoid environmental pollution. The grease is semi-liquid at normal temperature. State, the pressure is evenly distributed. However, it should be noted that the dropping point of the grease must be above 10 °C above the working temperature. When using, turn the screw sleeve 5 (Fig. 2) by hand and push the sliding column 4 to make it run.
