1. Put the three-position switch (1K, 2K) on the stop first, then plug the time program controller plug into the “programmed input†socket of the panel before powering on.
2. Automatic stirring operation: Put the 1K switch in the automatic position, that is, complete the slow stirring for 120 seconds, stop for 10 seconds, pause for 15 seconds for 5 seconds, and stir for 120 seconds, then stop automatically. When an automatic program ends, if 1K is placed in the stop, then the 1K switch is placed in automatic, and the next automatic program is started. After each automatic program is finished, the 1K switch must be placed in the stop to prevent the programmer from malfunctioning after the power failure.
3. Manual stirring operation: Put the 1K switch in the manual position, and then place the three-position switch 2K in slow, stop, fast, and stop, then complete each action separately and manually time.
4. The work site should be kept clean. After each use, thoroughly remove the residual slurry from the mixing blade and the inside and outside of the mixing pot, and clean the mortar and dirt scattered on the machine. After drying, put on the shield to prevent falling. dust.
