Similarly, Yangzhou Huiyuan Shoes Co., Ltd., another footwear export company, also said that it does not export leather shoes. "Jiangdu as a shoe manufacturing industry concentration area, there is no export of leather shoes, the domestic market is enough to digest." Jiangdu Naderao Shoes Co., Ltd. Since July 2005, the European Union has initiated anti-dumping measures against China's leather shoes and has imposed anti-dumping duties of up to 16.5% on Chinese leather shoes for more than four years. The reporter learned that shoes and hat products are the key export products of our city. From January to August 2009, the accumulated export value of shoes and hats in our city was 13,714 million US dollars, a year-on-year increase of 10.7%.

“Although footwear is a key export product of our city, Yangzhou’s exports are mainly sports shoes, craft shoes, and indoor shoes. There is basically no export of leather shoes.
