Exhibiting procedures
1. Select a booth;
2. Fill in the "Exhibition Application Form" in detail, and fax or mail to the Secretariat of the Organizing Committee after signing and stamping;
3. Exhibitors shall pay 50% of the booth deposit within 7 days from the date of registration, and the remaining fees shall be paid in one-off before July 31, 2009 (overdue booth fees are not paid, the organizing committee has the right to cancel the reserved booth)
4. After receiving all booth fees, the organizing committee secretariat will send an "Exhibition Confirmation Letter" to the exhibitors (exhibitors will report to the exhibition within the specified time with the "Exhibition Confirmation Letter");
5. In early September, the secretariat of the organizing committee will issue the "Exhibitor Guide" to the exhibitors, detailing the relevant matters before the exhibition.
