The spiral flower joint drive is widely used in the automotive industry. The helical splines have a rectangular toothed spline and an involute toothed spline. The latter has many advantages over the former: it can be automatically centered under the action of external force; regardless of the size of the backlash, the contact of the tooth surface is good after the spline is stressed; the impact force is small at the start, the bearing capacity is large, wear resistance, bending resistance ;high productivity.
