Circulating lubrication can be used when the working conditions are poor and the ambient temperature is high. 2 Horizontal reducer generally chooses 40 # or 50 # mechanical oil lubrication at normal temperature. In order to improve the performance of the reducer and extend the service life of the horizontal reducer, it is recommended to use 70 # or 90 # extreme pressure gear oil at high and low temperatures When working under the circumstances, the lubricant should be reconsidered. 3. The vertical installation of planetary hardened gear reducer should strictly prevent the oil pump from cutting off oil to avoid damage to the reducer components. 4. When refueling, you can turn on the vent cap on the top of the base to refuel. When draining the oil, turn the oil drain plug at the bottom of the base to release the dirty oil. The reducer has no lubricating oil in the factory. 5. The first refueling operation should be replaced with new oil within 100 hours, (after flushing the internal dirty oil) and then continue to work, replaced once every six months (8 hour working system), if the working conditions are poor, the oil change time can be shortened appropriately Practice has proved that the frequent cleaning and oil change of the reducer (such as 3-6 months) plays an important role in extending the service life of the reducer. Lubricant should be replenished frequently during use. 6. The new reducer issued by our factory has been lubricated and replaced once every six months. Grease adopts aluminum disulfide-2 # or 2L-2 # lithium base grease.
Installation 1. When adding couplings, belt wheels, sprockets and other couplings to the output shaft of the horizontal reducer, it is not allowed to use the direct thumping method, because the output shaft structure of the reducer cannot withstand the axial thumping force , You can use the screw hole in the shaft end to screw in the screw and press into the coupling piece. 2. The shaft diameters of the output shaft and the input shaft are selected to cooperate with GB1568-79. 3. The eye bolt on the reducer is only for lifting the reducer. 4. When installing the reducer on the basis, the installation centerline elevation, levelness of the reducer and the related dimensions of the connected parts should be calibrated. The concentricity of the calibration mounting shaft should not exceed the allowable range of the coupling. 5. When the reducer is calibrated, it can be made of steel pads or cast iron pads. The height of the pads does not exceed three, and it can also be carried out by iron, but the flat pads should be replaced after the reducer is calibrated. 6. The configuration of the pads should avoid causing deformation of the body, and should be symmetrically arranged on both sides of the foundation bolts, and their mutual distance can be enough to allow the water slurry to circulate freely during irrigation. 7. Irrigation of cement slurry should be dense without bubbles, voids and other defects. Reduction ratio: the ratio of input speed to output speed. Number of stages: the number of sets of planetary gears. Generally, it can reach three levels, and the efficiency will be reduced. Full load efficiency: Under the condition of large load (failure to stop output torque), the transmission efficiency of the reducer. Working life: The cumulative working time of the horizontal reducer under the rated load and rated input speed. Rated torque: It is the torque for a long time operation that the rated life allows. When the output speed is 100 rpm, the life of the horizontal reducer is the average life. When this value is exceeded, the average life of the reducer will be reduced. When the output torque exceeds twice, the reducer fails.
