4, non-professional maintenance personnel shall not open the cover to disassemble, change the internal electrical devices.

5. In case of emergency, please quickly press the emergency stop button and cut off the total power. Remove the fault and turn it on again.

6, the instrument power supply for single-phase AC power, must have a reliable grounding line.

7. The dynamic test part of the instrument is provided with upper (lower) limit stroke protection. When the loading device is operated to the upper (lower) limit position, it will be protected. At this time, it is necessary to press “Reset” (“Start”) or "Drop In" ("Drop In") lowers (raises) the loading device for a distance.

8. The “reset” button on the operation panel can only be used after the end of a test, ie, the indicator light flashes and the beep 10 seconds. To stop the test midway, use the “Clear” key.

First, the electrical control box button and display instructions

Emergency Stop - In case of an emergency, please press this button quickly and turn off the power switch. After removing the dangerous situation, rotate it to reset it.

Power switch - press the power to the "1" instrument and press the "0" power off the instrument.

Speed ​​selection - When the knob is pointing to "100mm/min", the instrument loading speed is 100mm/min. When the knob is pointed to "20mm/min", the instrument loading speed is 20mm/min.

Clear - press the "clear" button, the instrument control unit to restore the initial state, the next round of testing

Raise the jog - press the "rising jog" button, the motor drives the sensor up, as a fine-tuning sensor position

Decrease jog - press "decrease jog", the motor drives the sensor down, as a fine-tuning sensor position

Start - press the "Start" button, the meter will automatically clear the force value and start the test

Reset - After the test is completed, press the "Reset" button, the motor drives the loading device down

Control instrument - - This meter can display real-time force value, and can set test force value, test hold time, etc.

Fifth, the operation steps

1, according to the type of test sample, select the appropriate speed (100mm/min or 20mm/min).

2. Turn on the power switch and set the load value (out1) and load holding time (oyt) to be loaded on the control instrument. The specific operation steps are as follows:

Press and hold the “SET” key to enter the parameter settings, press the “MOD” key to convert each parameter, press the “<” key to enter the parameter, and use the “<”, “∧” and “∨” keys to change the parameter setting value, force value parameter For AV, the time parameter is OYT; after setting, press “MOD” key to save, then hold “SET” key until return to the test state.

3. Adjust the position of the loading device by “raising the jog” and “dropping the jog” so that the test sample can be smoothly installed, and the required test sample can be installed in place according to the standard requirements.
